Presenting a copy of the USOKDRA Measurement Certificate issued to new boats that have an ISAF badge and have been officially measured by a measurer designated by the Executive Secretary or the Chief Measurer. USOKDRA is responsible for the conduct of racing and the certification of the hulls, issuing a hull number, in accordance with Class rules.
